How to Control and Get Rid Of Drowsiness in Office ?

You are at office and your cruel boss is having an eye on you. Its summer season, long daytime, and you are feeling sleepy. Heavy eyes, empty brain and a broken heart. Hmmm…..

What can I say,

Aaahhhh … nothing is better than having a sleep and a toilet when you actually want it. Am I right?

Here are some tricks which can help you.

 


 

Get Adequate Night Sleep:

This is important, very important. Those late night clubs, night outs, Facebook, whats app chats are doing nothing but ruining you. Well, they are making their business from people like you, do fun but not at the cost of your health. So, make a good routine, sleep at 11 or 11.30 at max and wake up at 7.

 


 

Early Morning workout:

Ohhh… This is damn cool; the first try will make you feel crap. But, after just 3 tries, you will start loving this. That cold air and a simple jogging will keep that immense freshness inside you for whole day.

 


 

Drink Coffee, but not much:

This is also an instant reliever if you are feeling drowsy. But don’t extend the intake of this.

 


 

Eat Light Food in lunch:

Well, you must be aware of this mechanism in our body that when we eat, the blood runs towards our stomach area, so that it can be digested. More heavy lunch more blood is required which creates shortage of blood for brain which makes the brain to work less and feel sleepy.

 


 

Wash your face after regular interval of time:

Well, it doesn’t work for long time. But, can give you short time freshness.

 


 

Wet the backside of your neck:

I have never seen anybody suggesting or using this trick. But, I use this very much when I feel sleepy and there is no allowance for that. Wetting the backside of your neck also gives you fresh feeling.

 


 

Acupressure your palms:

Pressing at certain point of your palms using a ball point pen like stuff will increase the blood circulation and will give you extra aliveness. Do try that.

 

 

So, these were some steps which can root out your drowsiness.
